1ST DISTRICT.   Incredibly atmospheric and stylish bar and restaurant, with furnishings, decorations and objets d'art collected from around the world to create an old-English colonial style. Among the regular special events are a "Hemingway Remix" night, "Rat Pack" night, and "Décadance" night. There's really good food in the Restaurant Livingstone, and plenty to drink: 300 cocktails and plenty of spirits including 30 types of brandy and whiskeys from Scotland, Ireland, America, Canada and Japan.   (© 10Best)
