1ST DISTRICT.   One of the best looking restaurants in the city. With its glass façade that can be opened up on warmer days, it's a place to see and be seen and a favorite of the political and social elite. The cellar has a few Austrian wines as well as a larger selection from Italy and Spain, and the menu is a delight – starters like fried octopus hash with cherry tomatoes, basil and caramelized aged balsamico and main courses including oven-roast guinea hen with thyme served on homemade lasagne with peppers and green olives.   (© 10Best)
