4. Mooney Grove Park

VISALIA.   For a place to relax at lunch, to enjoy a leisurely lakeside stroll, or to take the kids for some quality time, Mooney Grove Park is the heart and soul of the Tulare County Park system. This multipurpose park features baseball diamonds, a lagoon with paddle boat rentals, picnic shelters, and the Tulare County Museum, which contains a variety of historical exhibits relating to the area's Native American and pioneer eras.   (© 10Best)
