Over-RATED! As a family restaurant, my husband and I felt it was over-rated. It was mediocre at best.

Simply the Best My family and I have enjoyed Rosa's since the 80's. The food is always beyond superb, if you like Italian food. You have to try their calzone. Their restaurant leaves me wishing that I live in Visalia. I have traveled over a hundred miles for their take-out. I wish these guys had one next door!!! Oh, and be sure to ask for Ed's special, the sausage is perfect.
