We tried to get help at the copy machines several times and were not able to get help although there were many employees in the store doing things in the back. We finally got some help, but had to wait an extremely long time! I don't think I will be going back, since there are other copy places nearby! The prices were high also for what we got and we were overcharged for larger paper than what we used, but it was not worth the effort to try to get a refund.
