2. Fugazzi's Bistro

VISALIA.   There's something engaging about this fun downtowner, whose stark, mustard-colored walls and contemporary milieu seem to have been pulled right off the set of a Kubrick flick. The cosmopolitan menu includes Portabello Ravioli, Al Pesto Tortellini, and gourmet pizza pies topped with everything from BBQ chicken to artichokes and pineapple.
