2. Margarita and Salsa Festival

The Buzz -- A definite Texas flair colors this lively festival, which benefits the Arthritis Foundation. Tapping into well-loved traditions in this part of the country, the celebration invites folks to browse booths that promote a variety of salsa, margarita and queso recipes. Judges then select the winners, with a bit of input from appreciate attendees. Adding to the excitement are concerts by country, Mexican and Tejano singers and bands. Eating and drinking for a good cause – what could be better!
