WACO.   This terrific downtown restaurant has earned quite a reputation for its accommodating service and delicious cuisine. Self-described as a "Texas bistro," it specializes in steaks, although seafood and Southwestern-inspired dishes are also delights. Opt for what they do best, and enjoy a steak grilled to your specifications – you'll realize what quality Texas beef is all about. Appetizers are a tasty prelude to these main courses, and you can't go wrong with a hearty helping of incredible peach cobbler for dessert.   (© 10Best)

new menu
When everyone else is discounting and cutting back its great to see a fine dining establishment have the courage to actually "upscale"-- Thats what DBs did with their new menu. Added great fresh seafood options, a few new beef cuts. It continues to be the best in food and service around. We drive up from Pflugerville for special occasions.
