4. Gratziano's

The food is very good. However, the service has always been lacking. We have visited there probably 10 times over the last 2 1/2 years. I think one time we had an exceptional server. The others have not been very friendly. If they forget to bring you something or get your order wrong, your food will probably be cold before they return. They give you a tiny cup of coffee and almost always forget the cream, then bring it when the coffee is cold and you have to flag someone down to get it refilled. I wish they would really emphasize training and friendliness to their employees--it is a very cute restaurant and could be a very enjoyable place to eat.

This place was great - we live an hour away but will be driving back on the weekend just to eat here. The service and food were outstanding. It was one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever visited and believe me, we have eaten at a lot.

Nothing negative to say about Gratziano's, though I will try. Great food, but salad doesn't come with your meal (while at many other restaurants this is standard fare). However, if everyone in your party orders a salad it comes family style, which is more than enough to fill everyone up before the meal. The homemade bread was delicious as well.
