Although Ninfa's original location in Houston is out of this world, Waco's Ninfa's is eh, just ok. Big portions with endless chips and salsa are complimentary, but the bargain and positive things to say about Ninfa's ends there. A decent, Mexican-style (duh) atmosphere surrounds.
