For more than two decades, Dan Henderson's well-liked eatery has been feeding the local need for smoky, meaty goodness. Infused with the aromas of oak and mesquite, the signature barbecue has gained favor from folks as far abroad as Sweden. Pork ribs, beef brisket, smoked turkey breast and homemade sausages tempt patrons, especially when doused with a mouthwateringly zesty sauce. Down Home BBQ Joint My in-laws life in Waco, and every time we visit we eat at Uncle Dan's. This is a great down-home BBQ place, and the brisket is fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly. A must-eat-at if you are in Waco and want some true Texas BBQ!
