Down Home BBQ Joint
My in-laws life in Waco, and every time we visit we eat at Uncle Dan's. This is a great down-home BBQ place, and the brisket is fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly. A must-eat-at if you are in Waco and want some true Texas BBQ!
