The Buzz -- Grab your best green garb and head to the Mall for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Since 1971, DC has hosted this event that's chockablock with marching bands, pipe bands, and members of the military, police, and fire departments. Local groups are encouraged to decorate their own floats for the parade, and the best takes home a trophy! |
