My favorite restaurant in this area, and I've eaten at Inn at Little Washington, L'Auberge Chez Francois and Kinkeads. The chefs are former White House chefs and now I know what it feels like to eat like a President! Wow! They have a very neat serving concept. Your meal is a fixed price: 3-, 4- or 5-course meal. And then you can choose any mix of courses. For example, we got the 5-course meal and I got 2 appetizers, 2 main courses and 1 desert. My girlfriend got 2 appetizer, 1 main course and 2 deserts. The best food and lots of it. Definitely get the gnocchi and the lamb chops!
