DOWNTOWN.   Housed in a refurbished warehouse, this old-fashioned steak house serves all sorts of steaks – Delmonico, NY strip, porterhouse, and sirloin among them. The savory cuts are accompanied by such sides as creamy mashed potatoes and sweet cornbread. Desserts are delicious, too, as Key lime pie and mountain berry flan demonstrate.
