Never Shop at the Written Word - EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT
Never again...staff was extremely discourteous. I had the temerity to ask that a purchase be wrapped in a manner similar to the way they had done it previously and the woman purporting to be the manager opened up a can of rude that was breathtaking. Save your money and self-respect...shop elsewhere. (given the number of poor ratings they've rec'd on Yelp.com, poor customer service appears to be their hallmark)
