5. Twins Lounge

BRIGHTWOOD PARK.   Keeping with truth in advertising, Twins Lounge is actually owned by a pair of Ethiopian twins. Their great night spot allows guests to listen to great jazz while snacking on authentic Ethiopian and American appetizers and entrees. The small bar only holds about 50 people, so come early to get a good seat. Popular with area residents, you'll discover that local musicians are just as likely to be in the audience as on the stage.   (© 10Best)

I didn't want to give this rating, but had to tell the truth. I'd rather it be a sparsely attended room, having the bands to myself in my own quiet neighborhood. When people realize what's here, it'll be standing room only.

Twins is such a small and intimate club. The food is excellent, the customer service was excellent, it is an overall wonderful place to enjoy live music and international food. This spot is on my top 10 list for Jazz clubs!
