Although the restaurant is called an "American" bistro, the menu celebrates many cultures that have influenced American cooking. Sunday brunch offers traditional favorites like omelets, biscuits, and waffles, along with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes like Provencal salad with grilled fish, hummus, and mezze plates with kebabs and tabbouleh. There are even spring rolls and quesadillas. An odd but appealing mix, especially when the staff breaks out into song and dance.
