The menu, steeped in the traditions of Continental cuisine, knows how to adapt to the times. It updates Lobster Thermidor with a brandy bechamel sauce, sans parmesan, and gives the rack of lamb added kick with goat cheese and garlic. Along with steaks and chops, diners find coq au vin, Dover sole, and grilled swordfish on shaved fennel.
