6. Hickory Bar and Grille

I stopped at the Hickory Grille on the 31 of Oct. 2005 for dinner. We were seated promply. The resturant was about half full, we waited 15+ minutes for someone to take our drink order or acknowledge our presence. There were several servers who did not look busy and were standing around. At this point we decided to leave, in passing the hostess on our way out she said "have a nice evening", at this point I said "I would have if we could have gotten a server" to which she said "oh sorry about that" and kept walking away. We have eaten many times at the Hickory Grille and this is the worst service and attitude that I have experienced. I don't believe this is the standards that Hickory Grille has set forth for their employees. I would hope that this is a one time experience. Regards Gary Elder
