MERCER.   Rudy and his sons serve tasty Italian cuisine, as well as steaks and chicken dishes. The eggplant parmigiana is the specialty of the house. Slices of eggplant are breaded and fried, then layered with mozzarella cheese and homemade sauce before being placed under the broiler.
