Lost Lake Park

WHISTLER VILLAGE. The perfect place to get away from the crowds, year round. In the winter, Lost Lake is popular for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, with several marked trails. Cross Country Connection (604-905-0071) operates equipment rentals (skis, snow shoes, bikes) and tours in the park. In the summer, folks walk, run, picnic and laze around on the sandy shore. There's no parking, so plan to walk or bicycle (takes about 30 minutes from Whistler Village); during the summer Whistler Transit operates a free shuttle bus service to Lost Lake from the Gondola Transit Exchange and the Blackcomb Park 'n Ride Lot. Lights are on until 10pm.
