WHISTLER VILLAGE.   Even if you're not a big fan of snowmobiles, Blackcomb Snowmobile may have just the adventure you're looking for. Enjoy a romantic and exciting backcountry tour (accompanied by a gourmet dinner) via snowcat. Take a guided snowshoe venture through the woods, or hop on a dogsled for a thrilling and out-of-the-ordinary experience. Or, try out one of numerous snowmobile tours – there are many to choose from. Many tours are family friendly, and the company even operates the Mini Z Terrain Park (actually a section of the Chateau Whistler golf course) – designed specifically for kids aged five to twelve to learn how to snowmobile safely (top speed is 10mph).   (© 10Best)
