WHISTLER VILLAGE.   This bistro is one of the most elegant restaurants at Whistler. The main dining room serves impressive entrees such as breast of Quebec Muscovy Duck with savory pear gingerbread, sautéed kale and maple roasted winter squash, and roasted Atlantic Lobster in a buttered fennel and saffron glaze, spiced vanilla oil, purple potatoes and parsnip purée. This was our second visit - first coming a year ago. We had such a fabulous meal then that we promised a return, Well, we were not disappointed - it was wonderful. We'll be there next time too!
