WHISTLER VILLAGE. This bistro is one of the most elegant restaurants at Whistler. The main dining room serves impressive entrees such as breast of Quebec Muscovy Duck with savory pear gingerbread, sautéed kale and maple roasted winter squash, and roasted Atlantic Lobster in a buttered fennel and saffron glaze, spiced vanilla oil, purple potatoes and parsnip purée. There is even a separate caviar menu. The menu offers constant surprises as it changes daily to accommodate the freshest seafood, produce and meats available. The wine cellar is one of the best in Canada, with over 1100 bottles and 85 champagnes. Wine Access Magazine called this bistro "the most memorable restaurant experience in Canada."
