9. Westbeach

WHISTLER VILLAGE.   Westbeach is a big name in the snowboarding world. They feature a full line of their own gear – snowboards, accessories and clothing – plus a nice selection of other brands, including Burton, Forum, Libtech and Gnu. The staff is knowledgeable and fun, and there's another shop (the original, actually) in Vancouver if that's more convenient. A must-visit for any shredder (or fan)! Gear is also available for the surfer or skateboarder in the group.   (© 10Best)
