10. Wichita Art Museum

Known for its impressive collection of American art, the museum includes works by Thomas Eakins, Winslow Homer and Edward Hopper, and includes Mary Cassatt's famous painting "Mother and Child." Noted Western artist Charles Russell is also represented. A sculpture deck displays many interesting works, and programming includes a rotating schedule of exhibitions, an interactive children's gallery, lectures, films and family-oriented activities.   (© 10Best)
