4. Great Plains Nature Center

The mission of the Nature Center is to educate adults and children alike about the environment and our natural resources. Developed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks and the City of Wichita as a non-profit collaborative project, the center offers programs, field trips, and classes both indoors and out.
