WICHITA FALLS.   One of the area's more popular state parks, especially with anglers, Lake Arrowhead covers more than 16,000 acres. It's also the site of a wide range of activities, including waterskiing, camping, picnicking, Frisbee golf, hiking, horseback riding, and swimming.
