The Buzz -- UFO investigators Ruben Uriarte and Noe Torres, who have appeared on the History Channel's "UFO Files" and "UFO Hunters" series, will give a presentation and hold a book signing at Hastings Books. The presentation is called "UFO Crash on the Texas-Mexico Border" and is based on their book, Mexico's Roswell: The Chihuahua UFO Crash, about a mysterious 1974 UFO case that happened near Big Bend National Park.
