WICHITA FALLS.   A great place for groups (and kids), El Mejicano is a haven for folks craving authentic Tex-Mex and Mexican fare. The bright, festive atmosphere features South of the Border decor: stucco walls, dark furniture, and Mission-style windows. Aside from fabulous margaritas, the restaurant gets high marks for delicious food, including the El Mejicano Dinner (taco, tamale, and two enchiladas) and the Chile Relleno Dinner (served with rice and refried beans). The new location is excellent. They have a buffet or you can order from the menu. The buffet is unique for a mexican restaurant. It is good eating.
