WICHITA FALLS.   This American restaurant is widely considered among the best in town. Located at the Holiday Inn in Wichita Falls, the Ridgemont offers sophisticated, comfortable dining and unassuming decor. In addition, many of the well-spaced tables offer terrific views of the courtyard outside.
