"Maria Rosso and Time Traveler Inc./My Favorite Resorts are Internet scam artists. DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATION THROUGH HER OR HER COMPANY AND DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. In my case, they demanded our money up front, but when I called to confirm my reservation, there was nothing booked. I"m not sure how they are still allowed to be on Travel sites and haven't been kicked off. "

"These people take your money even when they are unable to get the reservations. Buyer beware!!"

"Would strongly recommend NOT using this company. Highly unethical! We booked a vacation with them, paid for our rooms in advance, received a confirmation, and then after traveling for many hours to Williamsburg, found the resort had no reservations nor any record of us. No one answered their phone to resolve the situation, and there was no emergency contact provided. In fact no one returned our call for over a week. Their first response was they had to pay their owners. They exhibited blatant disregard for ruining our vacation. They have still not resolved the situation, returned our money or contacted us again. We have never experienced such rude and unaccomodating treatment."
