5. Cities Grille

The chef, trained at the Culinary Institute of America, has parlayed his skills into a successful bistro. With dishes based on particular cities (hence the name), the menu changes a couple of times a year, but that is okay with the diners. For lunch, creative sandwiches reign, and for dinner the Blue Gouda Beef Tenderloin with shrimp on the side is a local favorite.
