This 18th-century house has marvelous food and antiques. Evenly split between dining and shopping, this is a well-known landmark for both in Williamsburg. With English and American antiques and gifts, ham, gravy and biscuits and Brunswick stew, you will not leave empty-handed or hungry. The clientele is also split between locals and visitors, but don't let the crowds deter you – the service is as good as the food.

My husband, Gil, and I love the Chickahominy House. The food is delicious, and the gift shop offers
something for everyone. My husband especially loves the greeter, Mr. Buscuit. Whenever we plan a trip to Williamsburg, Mr. Buscuit is on the must visit list.

Our visit to Williamsburg is never complete without eating breakfast or especially lunch at the Old Chickahominy House. Our lunch favorite is the Miss Melinda’s Special. Though the menu is not extensive, we highly recommend it for the excellent food, ambiance, and value!

Wonderful old southern comfort was the feel as we walked into the Old Chickahominy House for Breakfast. Food was excellent! The delicious smells of ham and biscuits filled the air. Enjoyed relaxing stroll through antique shop. Left with a good feeling looking forward to go back again.
