2. Cafe Scalessa's

I first experienced Cafe Scalessa about six months ago, when a friend treated me to dinner there. I was impressed by the quality food, attentive, knowledgeable service and a relaxed atmosphere. As a repeat customer I have been impressed by the consistency of excellent food. Cafe Scalessa can also be a truly fun experience, as diners who linger on the weekend evenings are treated to periodic live music, and tables are moved aside to provide space for dancing. Next month I plan to celebrate my birthday by having a dinner party there for twenty-fine people! Wilmington's fortunate to have a New York style dining destination!
