Feby's Fisheries and the DeFebo family have served generations of Wilmington customers in this neighborhood restaurant and adjacent seafood market. RIVERFRONT. From chowders to calamari to signature crab cakes, Harry's is a perennial local favorite set on the waterfront against the city skyline. Raw oysters, sashimi and ceviche are served in the brick, warehouse-style bar where energy and featured martinis flow. The dining room is crowned with a unique starfish ceiling, but the wine room is a treasure, too, with more than 50 wines offered by the glass. In season, patio dining is a good catch.
