3. City Lake Park

Wonderful spot! There are plenty of trails to be found in this 969 acre park. The park offers access to High Point Lake, allowing for swimming, fishing and boating. Many city events are held in this park. It is also home to one of the largest public swimming pools in the Southeast with water slides and a pool complex.   (© 10Best)
