Coming from the big city of Atlanta I can't believe we don't have anything like Fabian's here. The food was stellar and the presentation was elegant. The service was impeccable and the prices are approximately half of what we would pay in Atlanta. It's almost worth traveling 4 hours to eat there! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience and we will be back!

I was there 2 weeks ago, I'm working at Baptist Medical Center and there was a Conference there with a Dermatologists who works in Miami.....It was my first time there but I was impressed. I think all the decoration, the food (taste and presentation), everything was so elegant, not excess in anything.....It was a very good experience. I will recommend this restaurant to everybody!!!!
