Thank you for your comments. Mrs.Hanes is my mother and I am now President of our family business-(although my mom is still very important and vital to our bakery). We are very proud to still be making our cookies by hand (just like my mom and grandmother made them). It is not easy to make a hand-made cookie-using only rolling pins and cookie cutters. But we love our company, we love our employees and we love our customers. Thank you.

You will not find a better moravian cookie. They are super thin and just melt in your mouth. The butterscotch flavor is my favorite with the black walnut being a close second. A wonderful place to spend the afternoon - take a picnic and take the tour and see how these delicous cookes are made by hand.

I have been eating these cookies for as long as I can remember and I have never had a bad batch.
