Large, bright yellow awnings wrap around the exterior of this established restaurant, previously run by Caffe Uno and now under the Il Bertorelli brand. Look out for the colorful art on the walls and a cathedral-like arched ceiling. The decor creates a sense of old-world charm, and the Italian cuisine is better than you might expect. Starters include Italian favorites such as buffalo mozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes with sun-dried tomato, olive oil, and fresh basil. For the lighter appetite, try chicken Caesar salad or the tender breast of chicken lightly grilled and served with pan-fried new potatoes.
