A true labour of love by its owner, maverick Siniša Križanec, this 17th-century castle was renovated from almost a ruin in 1990. Now it offers accommodation in period style rooms, an imaginative menu of Croatian and international cuisine sourcing organic local-grown produce, horse-riding, archery and balloon rides, a valuable art collection to lighten your spirits and a most beautiful courtyard setting for that special St Valentines dinner.
