This small tavern at the foot of Mt. Medvednica may be as close as you'll get to Istria without actually going. Their chefs are passionately dedicated to recreating Istria's colours, aromas and textures, culminating in an array of authentic pastas, each with accompanying sauce made with wild asparagus, scampi, prosciutto, or much coveted truffles.
