Imagine the country's best and freshest meat, fish, bread and vegetables delivered to your door in the morning, every morning. This little restaurant-cafe is on the edge of Zagreb's unmissable Dolac market, and the head chef, Dino Galvagno, can (and certainly does) pick and choose the best of everything. Good fuel stop on your meanderings through the Upper Town, day or night, as the inexpensive daytime lunch menu becomes more elaborate in the evening hours. The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but this should not stop you from enjoying a coffee and maybe brandy on its little terrace overlooking the stalls bustling with souvenirs and flowers – people watching in the best sense of the word.   (© 10Best)
