2. Fort Apache Steak House

The softly rounded Zagorje hills of Sv Nedelja, half-way from Zagreb to Samobor, are an unlikely location for this Wild West-themed establishment. For the homesick, it is Texan border all the way – swinging doors, golden tequila, large to larger steaks and 'made in the USA' memorabilia. Downstairs is a large grill restaurant, and its adventurous owners followed through with a top floor Cigar & Cognac Club and terrace that overlooks the nearby lake.
