This fairly new addition to Zagreb's restaurant scene doesn't have just a mouth-watering seafood menu; it also has an impressive pedigree. Its owners, family Šare, have already tried and tested the trade in Split and Mali Ston. Now, with Mali Ston being said to produce the best oysters this side of the equator you can expect a healthy interest in that direction and you wouldn't be wrong. Oysters – raw, grilled and breadcrumb-fried – crown this menu. Other delights include pick-your-own lobsters and select white fish, never frozen and never farmed. Coupled with a fine selection of wines and homemade bread this is a pure whitewashed slice of the Adriatic. It comes at a price, so expect the trendy, wealthy and food critics.
