Nova ves in the upper stretches of the Old Town is fast becoming Zagreb's Mecca of fine dining. Almost opposite Baltazar, and from the same stable, comes Gašpar – sleek, polished, and bent on so-called slow food. In its luxury liner-styled interior, live lobsters are yours for picking and expert staff will gladly recommend the best of the catch on any given day, but Sunday.
