3. Christopher Street Day Z¨¹rich

The Buzz -- Zurich's Gay Pride celebration is one of the most festive events of the summer. Saturday's fun starts at 1pm with a rally promoting equal rights and tolerance, followed by a wild, colorful parade complete with crazy costumes and incredible floats. Celebrants then enjoy a street festival, awards ceremony and party. These events wind down around 10pm, but the dancing continues throughout the night at several area clubs. In addition, there are smaller events on Friday and Sunday that can make this a whole-weekend experience.
