    The aptly named Dog Bar, located in Charlotte's NoDa Arts District, serves beer, wine and liquor to humans, who can bring their dogs to play off-leash in the 1,500-square-foot outdoor play area (complete with splash pools) or to sit inside in the bar area. The Dog Bar hosts numerous fundraising events throughout the year benefiting local animal rescues.
