Readers have been busy voting for their favorites for the past four weeks, and it was a photo finish between the top two. After the polls closed, it was the lovely Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley, Ariz. that took home the title of Best Romantic Boutique Hotel.

A panel of experts picked the initial 20 nominees, and the top 10 winners were determined by popular vote. Experts Marla Cimini, Susan Moynihan (The Honeymoonist) and Michelle da Silva Richmond (10Best Travel Expert) were chosen based on their extensive knowledge of romance travel.
